Now that We've Built a Team, We’re Constructing Blogs
Since opening Fletcher Media in October 2024, founder Lydia Fletcher has been building the firm from the ground up.
After working in media relations and marketing, covering growth and development for the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, and managing and hosting radio programming, Lydia launched Fletcher Media with a clear idea of the kind of communications firm she wanted to build: hands-on, highly collaborative, and rooted in strong storytelling.
Since then, things have moved quickly.
Fletcher Media has welcomed a growing roster of clients, while Lydia has continued to speak, learn, and connect with other public relations, marketing, business, and development professionals across Arkansas and beyond.
But perhaps the most important development has happened inside Fletcher Media itself: we built a team.
AJ Boudreaux joined Fletcher Media in November as our Social Media and Content Lead. A University of Arkansas student studying public relations and advertising, Anna Jayne works across client accounts, creates social content for platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram, develops graphics, and assists with conferences and content shoots. Her role has quickly grown alongside the firm, and she has become an important part of both our client work and Fletcher Media itself.
Karlee Kidd joined the team in June as a Social Media and Content Intern. Also studying public relations and advertising at the University of Arkansas, Karlee has brought enthusiasm, grit, fresh ideas, and a willingness to jump into just about anything we send her way.
Our newest addition is Dana Caldwell, Fletcher Media’s Head of Editorial Content and resident newsroom veteran. An award-winning journalist with more than three decades of experience as a newspaper sports editor, columnist, bureau chief, and reporter, Dana brings an editorial eye that makes our already journalism-heavy team even stronger.
He’s already digging into website copy for our clients and will contribute to social content, press releases, media pitches, newsletters, blogs, and other editorial projects. His experience also extends into corporate strategic communications and proposal development, giving him a knack for taking complicated subjects and making them clear, interesting, and worth reading.
Together, we’re building the kind of team Fletcher Media was always intended to become: curious, collaborative, creative, and willing to dig into the details.
And we’re just getting started.
