Our Team
Lydia Fletcher
Before launching Fletcher Media in 2024, Lydia spent eight years as a journalist covering business, economic development, real estate, and regional growth across the South and Midwest. Her reporting appeared in POLITICO, the Tulsa World, Hill Magazine, and the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, where she helped readers understand the people, projects, and decisions shaping Northwest Arkansas (one of the fastest-growing regions in the country).
That experience gave her a firsthand look at the communications challenges facing businesses and organizations, particularly those shaping the Built Environment. She founded Fletcher Media Consulting to bring a more strategic, collaborative, and hands-on approach to helping clients define their stories, communicate their value, and reach the people who matter.
Today, Lydia leads the firm’s strategy and client relationships, developing integrated communications plans across public relations, marketing, branding, digital content, and social media. She works closely with clients to uncover the stories behind their work, refine public narratives, navigate periods of growth and change, and ensure their messaging is clear, credible, and grounded in what makes their work meaningful.
A University of Arkansas graduate with a B.A. in Journalism, Lydia also has experience in media relations, marketing, and radio. She regularly brings her perspective as a former journalist and communications strategist to speaking engagements and industry conversations.
Founder & Lead Consultant
Dana Caldwell
Dana brings more than three decades of professional writing, editing, and storytelling experience to Fletcher Media Consulting.
A graduate of Ouachita Baptist University with a B.A. in Communications, Dana spent much of his career as a newspaper sports editor, columnist, and reporter. His journalism career included leadership roles in Florida and Arkansas, including serving as sports editor for the Morning News of Northwest Arkansas from 2000 to 2005, where he helped lead a major section revamp that earned national recognition.
Over the course of his reporting career, Dana covered some of the biggest stages in sports, including the Super Bowl, NBA Finals, PGA Championship, Indianapolis 500, championship boxing, collegiate bowl games, March Madness, and the University of Arkansas' 1994 national championship basketball season.
In 2019, Dana transitioned from journalism into strategic and technical writing, including proposal and marketing work for Kiewit Construction. That experience strengthened his ability to translate complex, technical information into clear and compelling content, a skill that fits naturally with Fletcher Media's work across the Built Environment.
Dana joined Fletcher Media in August 2026 and helps shape editorial strategy and oversees long-form content across the firm, including website copy, blogs, newsletters, thought leadership, proposals, and other client communications. He also serves as a senior editorial resource for the team, helping ensure every story is accurate, engaging, and aligned with each client's voice.
Head of Editorial Content
AJ joined Fletcher Media in November 2025 and has quickly become an integral part of the firm's growing content team.
A student at the University of Arkansas, AJ is building her expertise across media relations, public relations, advertising, and digital communications.
The same creativity, discipline, and collaborative spirit that makes her so successful in her Fletcher Media role has led her to become a Section Leader for the Razorback Marching Band Color Guard.
AJ helps bring client brands to life across digital platforms through thoughtful content, graphic design, and social media strategy. She supports content planning and execution across multiple client accounts while also playing an active role in conferences, events, content shoots, and other on-the-ground projects.
